Approval of Agenda: Motion by Rose Horman, second by Laurie Millam, to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes:

All Approval of Minutes: Motion by Rose Horman, second by Danita Washburn, to approve the previous meeting minutes. Ayes: All

Approval of Bills: Motion by Danita Washburn, second by Rose Horman, to approve library bills for January 2026. Ayes: All

Treasurers Report: Treasurer, Laurie Millam presented the financial report for the period ending January 2026 with an unexpended balance of $27,347.87

Library Director's Report: Director Ann Harms presented the library report. Circulation for January totaled 330 materials. January programming was reviewed. February programming pre-approved for programming, crafts, and make-and-take activities. Summer Reading Program dates were set for every Tuesday in June, beginning June 2, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

President's Report: President Tanya Stewart reported that Director Ann Harms has completed the endorsement hours required by the State of lowa Library and is endorsed as Library Director through January 21, 2029. President Stewart also reported that library accreditation is due for renewal in February 2027.
