Proceedings of the Lowden Public Library Board of Trustees Tuesday, February 3, 2026 12:00 pm. at the Lowden Public Library

The meeting was called to order by the Board President Tanya Stewart A quorum was confirmed with all members present

Also present were two citizens: David Horman and Peggy Kedley. City Council member Gene Hamdorf, City Clerk Heather Conrad and a reporter from the Tipton Conservator.

A Zoom meeting was started with Becky Heil, Southeast Iowa Library Director for the State of Iowa. She talked to us about the Iowa code for Board of Trustees and answered questions pertaining to our rights and responsibilities.

After the Zoom meeting ended the floor was opened for comments.
